All sales are final. If you have any issues with your beans or spices, you will need to contact us within 48 hours from the date your beans were delivered so please inspect your order promptly. We are only able to offer an exchange if your beans arrive damaged or defective, and will be determined on a case by case basis. Send photos and detailed information to orders@vanillabeanmarket.com if you come across any issues with your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any shipping costs for items that are returned.
